When you think of California and its rich history of Architecture you may think of Joseph Eihler, Richard Neutra, John Lautner, Gregory Ain however not many people think of Cliff May. With only a few tracts by May there's no wonder why some folks dont know about him but Vinny and Amy knew exactly what they were getting back in 2019 when they purchased their home. Far from an ideal and traditional Cliff May Rancho they saw what others couldn't, Lots of sleepless nights and months of hard work to get the home up to snuff but they are finally able to call this home. The 700+ home tract in Long Beach is one of the biggest Cliff May tracts and one with such a tight community of enthusiasts that in the past 10 years has seen a renaissance of new owners coming in to preserve these homes and that's exactly what Vinny and Amy did.
