Their home is one of among 3,800+ homes that Streng Bros and Architect Carter Sparks built in the Sacramento Valley. Streng Bros. was a company founded by Jim and Bill Streng in the 1950s and are often recognized for their unique blend of modernist principles with practical suburban living. Carter Sparks was the primary Architect that worked alongside Bill and Jim Streng to develop these homes. Carter Sparks was an architect based in Sacramento, California, who gained prominence for his mid-century modern designs. His architectural style often emphasizes clean lines, open spaces, and integration with nature.
